Nicole practises in Estate Planning and Administration, as well as Business, Commercial and Property Law, bringing a thoughtful and client-focused approach to some of life's most significant decisions. Compassionate, approachable and solutions-oriented, she is committed to ensuring every client feels supported, understood and confident throughout their legal journey.

Originally drawn to property law and conveyancing, Nicole pursued a legal career while raising a young family, inspired by a desire to build a profession that was both intellectually fulfilling and deeply meaningful. More than a decade later, that same passion continues to underpin her practice and her commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.

Having spent the past six years with Evans & Wislang, Nicole has become an integral part of the firm's leadership team and a highly respected mentor to the next generation of lawyers. She is passionate about fostering a culture of collaboration, professional excellence and genuine care, and takes great pride in supporting young practitioners as they develop their careers.

Beyond the office, Nicole's greatest joy is her family. Whether creating new memories with her children or giving back through her long-standing involvement with the Warners Bay Netball Committee, she brings the same energy, dedication and sense of community to every aspect of her life.

Olivia Peters is a solicitor at Evans & Wislang and a graduate of the University of Newcastle, where she completed a Bachelor of Communications in 2022 and a Bachelor of Laws in 2024. Admitted as a solicitor in 2025, Olivia has quickly established herself as a dedicated and compassionate practitioner with a strong interest in Wills, Estates and Succession Law.

Passionate about helping individuals and families plan for the future and navigate difficult times, Olivia practises primarily in Estate Planning and Estate Administration, assisting clients with clarity, empathy and practical advice. She understands that matters involving wills and estates are often deeply personal, and she is committed to ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout every stage of the process.

Olivia has a particular passion for estate litigation and succession disputes. She enjoys the strategic and analytical aspects of contested estate matters and is dedicated to achieving fair and meaningful outcomes for her clients. Her thoughtful approach, attention to detail and commitment to understanding each client's unique circumstances have made her a valued member of the firm's Wills and Estates team.
